Subject: Men Of Hawaii Vol II ( Fassoth )
When you read about what your family has contributed in helping shape Hawaii in its business/commercial fields and in the community, when you read about the achievements they progressed in bringing our generation to where it is today. You cannot help but be inspired in what we are doing today to further and carry on what the family is all about. In taking your gifts and sharing them to the best of your ability to help and further others who want to do well or a positive cause is the best contribution one can achieve. I appreciate my family history and what I am today and it only gives me the energy to keep developing my gifts so that I can share and help where I can...it's not the failures which we all come to experience but the learning of it and picking up and continuing on...the fabric of humanity is the need for each other and we do need each other.
My Great-grandfather John Fassoth Sr. and my Great-Uncles Joseph B., Hans, Martin J.,John jr. Fassoth. Their involvement in the Sugar Industry and John Sr. extended involvement in the House of Representatives and Special Session. Thank you for leaving your generation today the history you have contributed.
Monica J Fassoth, Indianapolis, IN
